Open core plus paid modules. The package ladder from free self-hosted Community to Complete, industry packs, Safety Vision cameras, support plans, the self-hosted licence and services. Every number on this page is read from @pruva/pricing.
Pruva is open core plus paid modules, services and licences. Six core modules run free on your own servers as Pruva Community. Hosted packages add Pro modules and are priced per vessel per year. A 10% deposit opens a 1-month trial (one per customer). The contract is 3 years, billed annually in advance (one year at a time). You can leave in year 1, before the first renewal. There is no month-to-month option. After the trial there are no refunds for the year already started.

Community → Essentials → Operations → Professional → Complete. Fleets of more than 49 vessels are on Enterprise, priced on a quote.
- Community is the open core, free and self-hosted, with community support, no SLA and no AI credits. It is listed as "self-hosted, open core (coming)": the download is not live yet.
- Essentials is the same core modules hosted by us, with updates, backups, email support and AI credits.
- Operations and Professional add any 4 or any 8 Pro modules to Essentials. Complete is all 19 modules.

Each vessel also pays a one-off setup fee with the first charge. No package carries hardware or a hardware warranty: the cameras are the separate Safety Vision line below. When a buyer ticks Pro modules in the cart, the package follows the number of Pro modules, so nobody pays for a module they did not pick. Core modules never use a Pro slot.

The licence is a proposal held as data. It is not in force, and the Pruva repository licence is unchanged.

Industry packs
A pack is Essentials plus a fixed set of Pro modules for one industry. It is priced between Operations and Professional by its number of Pro modules, below the package the same modules would need. If a pack covers the Pro modules in a cart for less, the cart offers a one-tap switch. No pack contains the cameras; add Safety Vision to any pack.

Safety Vision (AI safety cameras)
Safety Vision is its own yearly line on top of any hosted package or pack. The camera kit, its warranty and replacement are included and stay Pruva's property. It never takes a package slot, and it is the same price in every country. The Marine kit is priced on a quote. The gateway kit for predictive maintenance is an optional one-off.

Country tiers
The billing company's country sets the tier. Tiers B and C apply to software, setup and support only. They never apply to hardware, Safety Vision or the self-hosted licence's fleet fee. A tier price never falls under the line's floor (minTierPrice).

The free trial
Every package and pack card on the site says "1-month trial · 10% deposit". At checkout the buyer chooses a payment method and ticks the consent box. The deposit, 10% of the first charge, is taken that day. The rest of the first charge (the billed year plus setup, Safety Vision setup and any gateway kit) is taken when the trial month ends, and that billed year (12 months) starts then. The contract is 3 years. You can leave in year 1, before the first renewal. During the trial an owner can tap Cancel trial in Settings → Modules & billing: the rest is not charged, and the deposit is not refunded. A workspace gets one trial; after that the first charge is taken on the day of the order.

AI credits and rate limits
AI use is paid from one pool of AI credits per workspace per month, shared by everyone in the workspace. It is not per module: the pool is the package's or pack's credits per vessel × the number of vessels, plus Safety Vision's credits when it is bought. 1 credit = $0.01 of model cost. Each AI run is charged in credits by the model it uses (see Models and credits). Hard hourly rate limits apply per person and per workspace. At either limit the assistant stops until the window or the month resets. Extra credits are not sold in this build.

Models and credits
There is one model catalog, MODEL_CATALOG in @pruva/pricing, with text, image, video, voice and transcription models. No feature names a model directly: each AI step names a kind (modality) and picks a default model of that kind from the catalog. Metering converts each run's model cost into credits, rounded up, at least 1 credit a run.

The unit costs below have not been checked against the providers' live price lists from this build. Every entry has verified: false and checkedOn: null. Check each source before relying on a number.

Buying in this build
There is no payment provider. The site's demo checkout asks for the number of vessels, a package or pack, the Pro modules, Safety Vision and a support plan, then a payment method (only "Demo card · no real card", sent as the reference pm_demo_visa_4242; there are no card fields). It shows "Today: $… deposit · Remainder on …" with the trial and billed-year dates, asks for consent to the 3-year contract (you can leave in year 1), signs the order and sends it to the app. The app starts the trial for the modules in the demo workspace.
