Pages
| Page | Path in the app | What it shows |
|---|---|---|
| Crew overview | /app/crew | Crew on board, contracts ending in 30 days with or without a relief, last month's portage bills by status, training gaps, appraisals due and MLC rest-hour breaches, then the crew list per vessel with rank, nationality, sign-on and contract end. |
| Planning & travel | /app/crew/planning | A rotation board per vessel and rank: who is on board, whose contract ends, who relieves whom and the gaps with no relief; a travel tab lists crew-change flights and hotels with cost and booked or ticketed. |
| Payroll | /app/crew/payroll | Monthly portage bills per vessel from the wage scales: basic, overtime, leave pay, allowances, deductions, allotments home, cash advances and the final settlement on sign-off, drafted, approved by the crew manager and marked paid. |
| Certificates & training | /app/crew/certificates | Each seafarer's STCW and medical certificates with expiry, the training matrix of required courses per rank against those done, appraisals after each contract, and the rest hours. |
| Integrations | /app/integrations/crew | The connectors this module reads from, with status, last sync and any problem to fix. |
Each portage bill opens /app/crew/payroll/[id] with its lines per seafarer. Generating a bill, assigning a relief, booking and ticketing travel, recording training and submitting an appraisal need edit. Rest hours keep their own page at /app/crew/rest-hours. No travel is booked outside the workspace and no wages are paid.
Connectors
Every connector is a mock in this build. The demo reads generated data and makes no outside calls. Verify each provider before launch.
- Gmail inbox agent (
gmail-inbox): Reads crewing and operations email and drafts crew-change and port-call records. Mock in this build. - WhatsApp Business (
whatsapp): Sends Notify crew messages to the chief engineer’s phone in port. Mock in this build.
See Connections for what each one will need.
Actions that need publish
These buttons need the publish level on this module. AI agents can never hold publish, so they cannot press them.
| Action | Key | What it does |
|---|---|---|
| Approve a portage bill | crew.payroll.approve | The button is Approve. It accepts a draft portage bill and records the approver. A bill with no crew cannot be approved. Generating the bill needs edit. |
| Mark a portage bill paid | crew.payroll.mark_paid | The button is Mark paid, on an approved bill only. With Finance in the workspace it posts the wages payment journal; without it nothing is posted. No money leaves the workspace. |
