Using crew
Who is on board, whose certificate expires, and who broke the rest-hour rules. Payroll is not in this build.
Crew tells the office who is on board, whose contract ends, whose STCW or medical certificate expires, and who broke the rest-hour rules. The master on board reads his ship’s list when he has access. The crewing superintendent ashore reads the 60-day relief horizon. Payroll, wage scales, allotments, flights, a training matrix and appraisals are not in this build. The catalogue lists them as later. Migration 20 is reserved for payroll.
Dashboard and pages
The crew list is http://localhost:4400/app/crew . It shows contract ends and booked reliefs per vessel for the next 60 days, the ranks to relieve, and each person with rank, nationality, sign-on and contract end, plus who is on leave or joining. You can search by name, rank or vessel, and filter by vessel or rank. Select rows and press Export CSV to download those columns. That button does not need publish. It downloads what you already see.
STCW certificates is http://localhost:4400/app/crew/certificates . Each seafarer’s STCW and medical certificates show the expiry and the days left.
Rest hours is http://localhost:4400/app/crew/rest-hours . The sheet is the last 14 days per seafarer, with a breach of the 10-hour and 77-hour rules. Show applies the vessel filter. If the vessel has nobody on board, the empty state points at integrations. Integrations is http://localhost:4400/app/integrations/crew .
The catalogue also describes one seafarer’s own page. That page is not in this build.
Workflows
The manifest names no publish action, and these pages have no create, edit or approve button. view is enough to read the list, the certificates and the rest hours. edit and publish in the demo seed, including Kaan Erdem’s publish and Capt. Erdem Yılmaz’s edit, do not unlock a write. There is no button to book a relief, change a contract, or sign a rest-hour sheet.
HSEQ drills and incidents name people from this crew list. The database refuses a name that is not on the vessel’s list. Without crew access, the drill form shows no names.
Shared records
Certificate expiry dates are the same dates the certificates radar can include. This list is where the crewing office reads STCW and medical certificates. Rest hours are what the fleet KPI “crew rest” reads. Finance does not read a wage from this module, because wages are not stored.
What the demo simulates
The people, contracts, certificates and rest-hour sheets are generated. Gmail and WhatsApp are mocks. No crewing mailbox is read. Do not expect a payroll run, an allotment or a flight on these pages.
Integrations
Gmail and WhatsApp are mocks. See Connections and the module reference.
