Each estimate opens a worksheet (/app/chartering/estimates/[id]) that recomputes as you type; Fix turns it into a fixture. Each fixture opens /app/chartering/fixtures/[id] and each laytime statement opens /app/chartering/laytime/[id]. Creating and saving an estimate, calculating laytime and sending a statement to the charterer need edit. Nothing is sent to a charterer or broker.

Every connector is a mock in this build. The demo reads generated data and makes no outside calls. Verify each provider before launch.

It turns a draft estimate into a fixture with the charter party date, laycan, laytime and demurrage and despatch rates, and takes the freight from the estimate. | Agree a laytime statement | chartering.laytime.agree | The button is Agree. It closes a statement that was sent to the charterer and records who agreed it. A projected statement cannot be agreed. Calculating and sending need edit. |
| Issue a hire statement | chartering.hire.issue | The button is Issue. It fixes the gross hire, off-hire and commission on a draft statement and records who issued it. An issued statement cannot be issued again. |

With Finance in the workspace it also drafts the matching receivable invoice. Nothing is sent to the charterer. |

A 10% deposit opens a 1-month trial, then billed annually per vessel. 3-year contract. You can leave in year 1. The deposit is not refunded. No refunds after the trial for the year already started; cancel renewal any time.
