Each incident opens /app/hseq/incidents/[id]: people, timeline, root cause, actions, a linked camera still and sign-off. Report, investigate, add an action, close an action and record a drill need edit. A drill can name only people on that vessel’s crew list. Camera events waiting for an incident are listed on the overview. Reporting from one writes the camera link back only when the person also has cameras edit.

Every connector is a mock in this build. The demo reads generated data and makes no outside calls. Verify each provider before launch.

Actions that need publish
These buttons need the publish level on this module. AI agents can never hold publish, so they cannot press them.

| Approve a risk assessment | hseq.risk.approve | The button is Approve. It accepts the assessment. Creating one needs edit. |
| Approve or reject a change | hseq.moc.approve | Records approved or rejected on a management-of-change request. A risk assessment can be linked only when the decision is approved. Requesting the change and implementing an approved one need edit. |
