It is covered by the Private Use License in the root LICENSE file:
- Private use only: private, internal, non-commercial use, by people Techsy has given access in writing.
- No selling or commercial use: the software may not be sold, resold, rented, licensed, sublicensed, offered as a hosted service or bundled with another product.
- No distribution: it may not be published, distributed or shared with third parties, in source or compiled form, without written permission.
- Governing law: Türkiye; Istanbul courts and enforcement offices.
It is not open source. There is no free edition and no version you can install and run yourself. Subscriptions are sold by Techsy Yapay Zeka Ve Yazılım Teknolojileri Anonim Şirketi for the buyer's own workspace and may not be resold. Every package in the repository is marked UNLICENSED and private, and none is published to a package registry.
You may not copy, distribute, sublicense or host the software, in whole or in part, without written permission.
Third-party software
Pruva is built with third-party libraries, including Next.js, React, Tailwind CSS, Fumadocs, Supabase, Lucide and simple-icons. They keep their own licences and notices, listed in ATTRIBUTIONS.md; none of that changes the licence of Pruva itself.
Data in the demo
Every vessel, person, company, number and event in the demo is generated. Any resemblance to a real ship or company is a coincidence. Testimonials on the marketing site are labelled illustrative.
Names
The name Pruva has not been checked for trademarks or domain availability. That check comes before any public launch.
