Connectors
Every connector is a mock in this build. The demo reads generated data and makes no outside calls. Verify each provider before launch.
- ShipServ (
shipserv): Sends RFQs to marine suppliers and brings their quotes back. Mock in this build. - IMPA catalogue (
impa-catalogue): IMPA codes and descriptions for stores and spares. Mock in this build.

Actions that need publish
These buttons need the publish level on this module. AI agents can never hold publish, so they cannot press them.
| Action | Key | What it does |
|---|---|---|
| Approve a requisition | procurement.requisition.approve | The button is Approve. It accepts the requisition so an RFQ can be sent. Sending the RFQ needs edit, and in the demo the three quotes come back at once. In database mode the RFQ is only stored. |
| Award a quote | procurement.quote.award | The button is Award. It creates the purchase order and prices the lines from that quote. Approving the order itself needs edit, and publish when the order is above $5,000. |
