Using reports and dashboards
How the shore reads fleet goals and operating cost without keeping a second copy of the figures.
Reports and dashboards is a reading module. It does not own fuel, jobs, certificates or the ledger. The fleet manager and the operations analyst open it to see four goals against their targets and the operating cost per day. In the demo İlkay Şahin and Kaan Erdem have view. There is no write, so edit and publish add nothing.
Dashboard and pages
Fleet KPIs is http://localhost:4400/app/bi . Four goals sit against their targets: noon reports passing, jobs on time, certificates valid, and crew rest. The same page shows fuel per nautical mile and its change, the CII trend and the maintenance backlog.
OPEX is http://localhost:4400/app/bi/opex . Operating cost per vessel per day, by category, against budget, month by month. The chart reads posted finance actuals. It is not a place to post a journal. Integrations is http://localhost:4400/app/integrations/bi .
Workflows
There is no button that changes a record. view is enough to read both pages. Export, where the table offers it, downloads the rows you can already see. Google Sheets is a mock connector. It does not receive a workbook.
If a goal is missing, the usual cause is access. The page reads noon, planned maintenance, certificates, crew and finance. A module you cannot see contributes nothing, the same way the rest of the app hides those rows.
Shared records
Noon reports own the fuel and the pass rate. Planned maintenance owns the jobs and the backlog. Certificates own the valid-certificate count. Crew owns the rest-hour result. Finance owns the posted cost. This module does not copy those rows into a second store. A commercial voyage result belongs on chartering, which is not built, and not on this chart.
What the demo simulates
The goals are computed from the generated fleet. The operating-cost months in the demo match the seeded finance actuals. An older operating-cost table is still seeded for the marketing preview. This page, the assistant tool and the chat answer read finance. The Sheets connector writes nothing.
Integrations
The bunker connector and Google Sheets are mocks. See Connections and the module reference.
